Gulf Coast Gecko can guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy, socialized, feeding well and correctly sexed based on all available information at the time of purchase. We also guarantee the animal has been accurately depicted in the photographs.

Shipping within the U.S. varies $40-$75. Email us for shipping quote. We ship Tuesday-Wednesday via FedEx Priority overnight to your door or your preferred location. We ship as quickly as possible weather condition permitting. Weather conditions may delay shipment in some circumstances. Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you have unforeseen circumstances contact us to make reasonable arrangements. We do not offer refunds or discounts in the unlikely event of a tail drop during shipping.

We accept the following forms of payment: Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo, and credit cards. PayPal is accepted with a 4% added fee of the total.

Holds, Deposits and Cancellations:
Geckos can be placed on temporary hold for 24 hours without a deposit.
We will place a 30 day hold on your gecko with a 25% non-refundable, but transferable deposit. If full payment is not received within 30 days all deposits will be forfeited.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the safe arrival of your animal if you are available for FedEx’s first delivery attempt. Once you receive your package please open it immediately and inspect your animal(s). In the unlikely event the animal arrives DOA we need to be notified via e-mail with pictures within 30 minutes of the delivery or it is void.

Health Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and actively feeding at the time of shipment. Any issues need to be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving your animal.
