Age limit
Our age requirement for purchase is 18 years or older. Any minor interested in ordering must have an adult complete their purchase. FedEx guidelines are the person at pickup must provide an official photo ID showing matching name to the shipping label.
Holds
A deposit of 25% of the purchase price is required for a gecko to be placed on hold. The full payment is due within 30 days.
Payment plans
Payment plans can be arranged, a written contract is to be signed by both parties. Geckos will not be shipping out until payment is made in full. No refunds will be given however you may transfer deposit/funds to another gecko. If you do choose to transfer deposit/funds to a gecko that costs more, an additional deposit may be required.

Cash is preferred, however venmo or paypal friends & family is acceptable. Debit/Credit cards can be run, fees will be applied.

I will ship anywhere in the U.S shipping is $55-$85 and will always be paid by the buyer in addition to the cost of the gecko. I will only ship if temperatures are between 38°-92°F. I will not ship during any storms or bad weather. Geckos will be avaliable for shipping once they reach 20grams.
Health Guarantee
All geckos at Lizzie's Leos have been fed and cared for properly. We pride ourselves on our love for our animals and take the best possible care of them. All geckos are healthy and fed regularly. All geckos come with a 7 day health guarantee. Tail loss during shipping is not covered. It is a possibility with shipping lepoard geckos due to stress. We take precautions in hopes this does not happen.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals shipped come with a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG). You must contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery with proof that animal is alive in order for the LAG to apply. If you do not contact us with in 2 hours the Live Arrival Guarantee/Health Guarantee are VOIDED.

All geckos sold as either Male or Female are guaranteed to be those sexes.
