Roberson Reptiles, LLC, in providing this agreement, attest to the following:

Will Guarantee:
3 Day guarantee
• Unrelated animals (If requested)
• Live Arrival for all animals.
• Delivery and pick up from a Fed Ex Hub
• If delivered to a residence or business, buyer must be present to receive animals. Animals left at place of delivery without having been physically received will void guarantee.
• If shipped to a residence or business (non Fed Ex Hub), buyer assumes all risks due to late or delayed shipping or weather related issues outside of the control of the seller.
• If delivered to a Fed Ex Hub location, animals must be picked up within 2 hours or guarantee is void.
• Any concerns or issue must be reported to seller within 2 hours.
• Not responsible for death due to shipping errors beyond our control or damage due to shipping mishandling.
• Any DOA claims must include pictures of actual deceased animals within the 2 hour window provided for claiming guarantee.

Purchasing and cost information:

• Deposit required to hold and confirm availability of animals. Deposit Non-Refundable
• Animals WILL NOT be held for any purchaser not providing a deposit.
• An email will be sent letting buyer know when animals are ready to ship. The buyer has 5 business days to pay remaining balance or deposit can be lost at the seller's discretion
• Shipping will be to location of purchasers choosing within the continental US.

Other Information:

• Deposits and final payments are Non Refundable except under these conditions:
• Animals are not provided within 90 days of arrival originally quoted at time of initial order
• Animals not delivered as guaranteed above.

By making this payment you are accepting these terms and conditions and agree to release and hold harmless Roberson Reptiles, LLC, all company owners from any liability resulting from your Purchase.
