Chain Reaction Exotics guarantees healthy and live arrivals on all orders that are shipped to a hub for pick up and are picked up promptly or for door to door orders where the temperatures are above 70 degrees or below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We do not guarantee live arrivals on door to door shipments where temperatures fall out of this category i.e. under 70 degrees or above 90 degrees to include the heat index (we will also not ship any animals when highs are above 90 degrees). Someone must be at home to sign for the shipment and shipments at hubs must be picked up with in the first four hours to maintain the live arrival guarantee. If there is a DOA we will need to be contacted immediately after arrival and no later than one hour after receiving the shipment along with a picture.
FEDEX SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to increasing FedEx shipping and delivery time delays, all shipments until further notice will be sent from our local FedEx Ship Center to yours (hub to hub). Shipments can be picked up at your local FedEx Ship Center any time during their business hours on the day of arrival. We can discuss shipping to a residence if there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you or a friend/family member from picking up at your local ship center. This will be considered on a case by case basis only if temperatures and weather at the origin, sorting hub, and destination are reasonable.
Based on our own actual shipping statistics, residential shipments are 3 times more likely to experience significant delays (24 hours or more) than hub to hub shipments. For the safety of our animals, we feel this is the best way to proceed until FedEx service conditions improve.

Shipping prices depend on the location and vary. Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $1000. Prices listed do not include shipping!! We encourage everyone to look up estimated shipping rates as they have gone up from last year. We will not ship during the holidays. Shipping during the winter is done on a case by case basis and are determined by the weather and location and will always be a strictly hub pick up.
We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and credit card and debit card payments through Square.
There will be a non-refundable 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. If the animal is not purchased within the specified amount of time it becomes available again.
No animal will be shipped out until it is paid in full. Payment plans will be made on a case by case basis pending the price of the animal. *** reminder if a payment plan is agreed upon that $$ is non-refundable.
