Any Failure to read JD|Reptiles Next-Gen’s Policy, whether intentionally or accidentally will under no circumstance be a reason to consider it VOID.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer.
Sales to minors are prohibited. Proof of age may be required at our discretion.
We will do our best to answer your inquiries as prompt as possible, however, please allow a 24-hour window.
Payment Method: Zelle, Venmo or PayPal – “FRIENDS & FAMILY”. ******NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!******
Prices/Shipping: Prices of reptiles and shipping fees are FIRM unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
Discounts: NO discounts of any sort unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
Payment Plans: Short-term payment plans are acceptable when applicable. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless under extreme circumstances. If you reserve a reptile with a deposit and are unable to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe, you will forfeit any deposit and payments made. The animal will only be boxed and shipped once full payment of reptile and shipping costs have been received. No exceptions!
• Plans: Please contact us for further information about payment plans and timeframes.
• Shipping: $60.00 – $100.00 depending on zip code and size of animal. (Shipping is NOT included in the payment plan).
• Fee: A fee of $10.00/Weekly will be charged for feeding, housing, and maintenance until ship day. The reptile will only be boxed and shipped once the full payment has been made.
Shipping: We ONLY ship Wednesdays & Thursdays all months of the year. We do not ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, weekends, and U.S. holidays. We will not ship under extreme weather conditions to ensure the reptile’s safety and its arrival. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling resulting in death on arrival of animals. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs. The shipping cost is determined by zip code and animal’s size. The reptiles are shipped through UPS Priority Overnight. We require an adult to be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of the reptile. Under reasonable weather conditions, the reptile will be shipped once full payment is received and you will be provided with tracking information. Buyer must email us a photo of the unboxing of reptile within one hour of arrival or all guarantees are considered VOID. If the reptile arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy or is damaged in any way the customer must notify JD|Reptiles Next-Gen immediately upon receiving the animal(s).
Refunds: Refund of the original price of reptile will be provided up to 7 days after local pick-up or delivery. Refunds will not be provided after the 7-day period. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit. Shipping & handling is NOT refundable.
JD|Reptiles Next-Gen is not responsible for any treatments or veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer. If you treat or take the reptile to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
If you have other reptiles, we recommend you quarantine the new arrival for 30 days prior to introducing it into a habitat close to another reptile. Do not cohabitate Ball Pythons unless you are breeding them.
JD|Reptiles Next-Gen reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
