Sexing/Morph ID~ Like any respectable breeder we guarantee the gender and genetics of every animal we sell. We pride ourselves on our transparency. If we are unsure of the genetics we will make that plain and clear in the sales ad. If for some reason we incorrectly sexed or identified an animal we stand behind our guarantee and will work with you on options to make it right which may include full refund, exchange, future credit, or any combination of those things. We plan to be in this industry for decades to come and will operate with intense and transparent integrity.

Shipping~ We will ship in accordance with industry standards keeping the welfare of the animal as the top priority. We will only ship when we feel it is safe to do so and will guarantee live arrival. If the shipping companies suspend this guarantee we will let you know before shipping and give you the option to wait until it can be guaranteed. Shipping cost will depend on location but generally ranges $50-80. We will offer local pick up and potentially delivery within reason. In the unfortunate instance that an animal arrives DOA we would require proof in the form of a video within 1 hour of delivery. We expect someone to be home to sign for the animal, failure to do so puts the animal at an unnecessary risk and voids any guarantees. We recommend recording your box opening, this is the best way to avoid any debate as to how the animal arrived. Please contact us immediately with any concerns and remember, if you are unsure of your ability to sign for the animal we WILL hold them for you until you can be sure. Animal safety is our #1 priority.

Installment plans~ We always prefer full payment offers as would any seller but we recognize that this is a costly hobby and sometimes you see the animal that's perfect for your plans but not for your wallet that particular week. You don't want to risk it being sold so a payment plan would be best for you. We are willing to do payment plans. For animals $1-$500 we offer the option of 25% non-refundable down payment with 30 days to pay the remaining balance. Animals over $500 require 25% non-refundable down payment with up to 60 days to pay remaining balance. special arrangements can be discussed but not guaranteed, any arrangement needs to be mutually agreed before the down payment is received. In the event the situation changes and the transaction cannot be finished, payments made other than the down payment can be refunded.
