GENERAL POLICY
I guarantee my animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. Your snake will arrive at the weight advertised, will be the snake pictured, and will present no physical signs of illness. If properly cared for, my animals will do excellent for you. As per industry standard, It is assumed by the buyer that multiple gene ball pythons are given theoretical gene identifications. All identifications are labeled with the utmost honesty and judgement based on experience and professionalism. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
I accept most major credit cards, paypal, Zelle, money orders, and cash.
Payment Plans are available and will be structured/considered on an individual basis. All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A 25% deposit is required for payment plans and is non refundable. If a payment plan falls into delinquency, the seller forfeits all funds contributed towards the purchase of the animal. Relinquished funds paid over the 25% down payment can be transferred over to store credit and applied to a future purchase.

SHIPPING
I offer local pick-up/overnight shipping through ShipYourReptiles, and Redline Shipping. Transactions over $1,000 include free shipping. All deliveries to a private residence must be signed for. In the event of a D.O.A., notification must be given to Markel Morphs within 20 minutes post delivery time stamp, via text/email and must include a video of the deceased animal. FedEx hub pickups must be retrieved within 3 hours of arrival. Failure to do so could void the live arrival/health guarantee.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sales are non refundable and all sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied upon the finalization of a transaction with Markel Morphs, an amicable resolution will be a top priority. Customer satisfaction is and will always be a top priority.
