We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. It is buyers responsibility to confirm sex within 48 hours of delivery.
All of our live animal orders are shipped via FedEx Next-Day Air. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 30-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time Fed Ex provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment plans: Offered on a case-by-case basis. Our typical plans start with a 25% deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception for which animals we have received a deposit.
