PLEASE BE AWARE: As of 11/28/22 cold weather is moving in and holiday shipping delays are starting, so all live reptile ship outs will be postponed until cold temps and holiday shipping delays have subsided. Any reptiles purchased will be held until conditions are safe. It is likely that ship outs for live reptiles will not resume until February or March, 2023. __Guarantee__
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health (feeding regularly, and free from any form of parasite or illness) upon arrival. Our prices are subject to change without notice only exceptions are for animals we have received a deposit. We guarantee the animal purchased from us is pest-free, sexed, feeding regularly, and is free of any birth defects/kinks (Any snakes that have defects will be noted in the posting, photographed and priced accordingly. This includes, anything that may cause complications in breeding)

__Genetics__
Freedom Breeder has been producing high-quality ball python morphs for over 30 years. Our YouTube genetics videos have been used by many breeders in the industry to learn how to identify specific genetic traits in morphs because of our decades of experience, however:
1.) Because of the increasing complexity and vast quantity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our reptiles.
2.) Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always guaranteed.
3.) Correct gender is always guaranteed.
__Shipping__
We will not ship your Ball Python until we confirm the order & shipping address with you and we will only ship to "FedEx Ship Center" locations.
We only ship Monday – Wednesday via FedEx, unless the customer chooses to accept the responsibility of shipment and fees, we can ship Thursday or Friday. If you choose to pick them up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within two hours or guarantees are nullified. If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather.
If your Ball Python is DOA, you must notify us within two hours upon receiving your Ball Python. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email or text message with a photo of the exact Ball Python must be received by Alex (who conducts our Ball Python Sales) within the notify time frame or all guarantees are nullified.
__International Shipments__
We are NOT currently offering international export of reptiles until: TBD
__Payment__
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
__Returns__
Freedom Breeder does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the Ball Python was DOA or violated our animal guarantee.
