Due to the severe cold weather conditions all shipping is being postponed until March 2023, any animal purchased will be placed on hold until an agreed upon shipment date is reached.
Hatchling shipping rate - $50 (> 1000grams)
Juvenile/adult shipping rate - $80 (< 1000grams)
We do our best to correctly identify each snake we sell. If you notice one of our snakes that might be misidentified, please send us a message so we can review the snake and make any necessary corrections.
We guarantee the correctly advertised snake and the correct gender.
If any problems occur once the snake has been delivered, we must be notified within TWO HOURS.
The claim period for DOA animals is 1 hour after the tracking delivery status shows delivered.
Any other issues, exchanges, or returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
