All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, correctly sexed and accurately represented in the ad. If you believe an animal was not accurately represented or unhealthy in any way, you must contact us in writing within 4 hours of delivery

Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations
In the unlikely event of D.O.A. you must provide video within 2 hours of delivery. Live arrival guarantee is void in the event of failure to accept package or wrong delivery address provided by buyer.

We accept paypal or Venmo for payment.

Payment Plans: $400 total order minimum
We offer payment plans for orders totaling $400 or more. To arrange a payment plan please Message us on morphmarket or viaText Message at 860-916-4687.
Animals will be shipped after Payment plan is Complete. We never ship until an animal is paid in FULL.
We require a minimum of 10% down to reserve animal. After the down payment is received we will Place the animal(s) on hold. We will feed and care for your animal while the payment plan is being completed. All payments are Non-Refundable.
Payment plans must be completed within 60 days. You can choose payments in any amount on any schedule you choose.
After 90 days If the Invoice is not paid All Payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete Payment Plans are Non-Refundable.

If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.

If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer before the payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
