Payment Plans
We offer a couple different payment plans with 25% down. No payment plans will be offered on animals $300 or less.
$301-$1500: 30 day
$1501 and up: 45 days to pay off

If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") the animal will become available again, and money paid towards that animal will be a store credit towards another (if the amount due is greater then you have paid payment is due within 1 week). This does NOT include the deposit.

Deposits are NON refundable, no matter the circumstances. Your deposit was placed in the agreement you would be buying the animal(s) if you break this that is at your fault. (If seller has good reason to break a plan you will get your deposit back)

Shipping is 60-100 for most boxes, though adults will be a bit more depending on size and box needed. Animals will be shipped as soon as possible after you pay them off as long as the weather is okay to ship in.
Due to rising costs we have had to adjust our shipping prices unfortunately. I will send shipping costs based on your profile zipcode

Payments at this time are through Paypal, venmo, cashapp

Shipping Info
We use FedEx overnight. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred for all shipping. I will send to the nearest hub based on your zipcode (please let me know if you have a preference) . No exceptions ever again. HUBS must be fedex ship centers, you can check for your closest one on Reptiles express. I will ship to your home address but the LAG will be voided

Shipping days are Monday for next day delivery (I do tend to feed on Saturday night so if you don’t pay in full prior to 2pm CST I will ship the following week for your animals safety). Note due to the nature of my job shipping dates may be pushed a week. I try to accommodate shipping around my work schedule but sometimes it’s not possible.

Puerto Rico Shipments
I am willing to ship to Puerto Rico for orders over $1000. Vet fee/health certificate and shipping must all be pre-paid for by the buyer. Please email me for a quote on these services/purchases.

Canada Shipping
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada through ReptilesExpress. All fees pertaining to shipping must be prepaid by the buyer and buyer will cover all shipping costs and the USFWS certificate

Europe shipping
Shipping is available through Dutch dragon imports. Message if interested


Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather conditions or due to my work schedule. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship and as always animals are treated as one of my own
Delays in shipping are out of our control. They happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them. I will usually be in contact with you and RE as soon as I realize one has happened and work to keep in contact to let you know updates. We do not offer any refunds on shipping

-live arrival-
If no contact has been made within 30 min of arrival, we assume you are content with the animal(s) and they arrived safe. LAG is only guaranteed on animals shipped to a hub. Animals MUST be picked up by noon from the hub

Fedex delays/weather- we do not refund shipping cost if fedex delays a package. Our shipping temps are 35-95 for receiving end if shipped to hub only. We will pack with appropriate heat or cold pack as needed for weather. DOA due to fedex delays will be a credit for cost of animal in most situations

Seller is not responsible for animal temperament. I will give you the best assessment of temperament if asked
We guarantee the sex and health of all of our animals and will list all guaranteed genetics, though in some cases, even with our experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. I will make a note in the description if it's an animal I'm not 100% positive the id
Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed
