All snakes are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and sexed to the best of my ability. If the snake received is deemed to be the wrong sex the seller must be notified within 24 hours and have video proof within 72 hours.

Animal is not sold/secured until payment is made. This includes local pickups, meaning they will need to be paid for in advance of meeting.

Payment plans are available on a case by case basis for orders over $500. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold requested snake(s). Payment plans are 30 to 90 days based on final purchase amount. If buyer runs into an issue while on a payment plan, I will try to work with you as long as you communicate honestly with me.

Shipping within the continental 48 states only at this time. All snakes will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight. Shipping is done when temps are above 40⁰ and below 90⁰ at both hubs. I will follow recommendations of online shipping companies, and keep your snake happy and healthy until it is safe to ship. Refunds for weather delays will not be issued. I ship hub to hub on Tuesdays for Wednesday pickup. All snakes must be picked up within 2 hours of being available for live arrival guarantee. Any issues (besides sex) must be reported within 1 hour of signing for snake. In case of a doa, video proof clearly showing the snake sold is required, and full credit minus shipping will be given.

All snakes incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes will be identified to the best of my ability. I will get opinions of others if unsure, but will never intentionally list animals in a misleading manor.

Buyer is responsible for proper husbandry and feeding. I will do my best to answer questions and offer suggestions for situations that may arise. Proof of proper enclosure may be required.
