- If you would like to purchase a ball python I will need your shipping information unless you are doing a local pick up.

- 30 day payment plans are available on animals $500.00+ with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please inquire if you'd like to make a purchase on a payment plan. Animals on payment plans will not be shipped until paid in full.

- For payment I accept Cash for in person transactions only, Cash App, PayPal friends and family, or PayPal goods and services. If you are paying through PayPal goods and services there will be an additional 3.5% fee added to the total cost of the animal and shipping to cover the fees PayPal charges for the service.

-No animals will be held without a 25% non-refundable deposit. This is only available for animals $500.00 or more.

-Cost of shipping determined by customer location. I ship through Shipyourreptiles.com

- Live Arrival is guaranteed on all shipments to FedEx hubs as long as DOA is reported within 1 hour of receiving the animal. I am not responsible for FedEx delays.

-Packages delivered to FedEx hubs need to be picked up by 10am local time. Packages sent for home delivery must be received on the first delivery attempt. Please make sure to be waiting for your package until it arrives. Any DOA's must be reported within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt for home delivery or by 11am local time if shipped to a FedEx hub for pickup. Video and or photo proof of DOA may be required.

- Orders will be shipped in a timely manner dependent on the weather. Packages are generally shipped out Monday- Wednesday.
