Store Policy
I ship to the lower 48 states only. I ship Monday thru Wednesday FedEx Priority Overnight with delivery to the customer usually by 10:30 a.m. All animals will be properly packed and shipped in a new shipping box and customers will be provided with a tracking number at time of shipment. I guarantee live arrival, sex, and health of the animal upon arrival to the customer. I cover all shipping on animals priced over $1000.00.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay. If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. In the event of a DOA we will need a picture of the deceased animal and the customer to contact us within an hour of delivery or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
