Hilton Head Exotics produces investment quality snakes in a clean and healthy enviroment. We gaurentee that every snake we sell is healthy, properly sexed, and the genetics are correct to the best of our abilities to to the wide verity of color and pattern in certain genes.
SHIPPING
Hilton Head Exotics uses FedEx Priority Overnight for all shipments. All animals will be shipped Monday- Wednesday to the provided shipping/billing address. Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. If this is not possible please provide the nearest FedEx HUB information to pick up the same day of delivery. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt and contact us with 2 hours for any shipping issues. Please note, that we reserve the right to delay shipping for incliment weather conditions that may affect any area within the delivery route that could adversely affect the health or well being of the animal. Hilton Head Exotics is not liable in any way for FEDEX shipment delays or any other mishaps caused by FEDEX that affects the well being or health of the snakes in any way. Occurrences of cases like these are rare, but if the circumstance occurs it will be the purchasers liability to seek reimbursement (if any) directly from FEDEX.
REFUNDS
Hilton head exotics does not issue cash refunds. If the need for a refund arises a store credit will be applied to the buys account for the full purchase price plus 10%.
PAYMENT METHODS
Hilton Head Exotics accepts Cash or Credit Cards for local sales and Venmo or Paypal for all others. Any transations that charges fees may be additional. However, paypal fees will not apply to friends and family purchases. Ask how you can become a friend of Hilton Head Exotics to avoid these fees.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans may be available for purchases over $500 and will require a nonrefundable 25% deposit to be made Via Venmo. The remaining balance is then to be paid within 30 to 60 days depending on purchase price. If payment plan is not completed as agreed upon purchaser forfeits all funds paid to that point. During the 30 or 60 day span of a payment plan, you can be assured that your animal continues to receive the same high quality care as the rest of the animals in our collection.
