Shipping, Health, Genetics and Sex Guarantee:
Genetics are guaranteed unless otherwise noted in the description. If I am unsure I will post the breeding and my opinion of what it looks like. Some snakes are very difficult and may include genes not listed.
Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt, or it must be picked up at a FedEx hub within 2 hours of arriving. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify me within the first hour of delivery via email or by phone/text. Shipping will only be done Tues or Wed via FedEx Priority overnight in temps between 45-95F. No exceptions. Shipping cost is dependent upon your zip code. Shipping is done to the lower 48 states only. Pick-up is also available in Central Florida.

All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health and properly sexed. All animals posted are eating regularly and in good health when shipped.
Package must be received on the first delivery attempt and notification of any issues sent to me within the first hour of delivery. Any changes to the delivery address will void guarantee unless I am notified of change before hand. I am not responsible for late shipments, I must be notified of any issues upon arrival of animal.
***Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if I am provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide me with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the proper location and on time.

REFUND POLICY
***There will be no refunds bcuz your spouse is mad, your car needs fixed or you just downright changed your mind. There are also no refunds if the snake tried to or did bite you and now you're scared of it. These are live animals and they need time to get acclimated to their new environment so give them time but even then they're still snakes and you need to be aware of the risks before purchasing. Please be serious about paying in full before agreeing to it. This also applies if we've agreed to a payment plan. Paid portions will not be refunded due to buyers remorse.***
