*New shipping and live arrival terms* For the safety of the animal, we are only shipping Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays to Fed Ex hubs. Live arrival guarantee is available only on these days and when day/nightime temps are between 32-90. I am not responsible for Fed ex errors. I have not had any problems, except for late arrivals. This new policy will stand until shipping becomes more predictable. All animals are guaranteed healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. If you do have a problem with your reptile, notify me right away, be nice and be courteous and I will do what I can to make the situation right. I do not accept returns, and all sales are final. If you suffer from buyers remorse, or change your mind about a snake you have purchased, please shop elsewhere. I am a small, full time business, selling unique live animals, not a mega-store. Before buying any animal, please do some research on the animal you intend to purchase, and use common sense. If you are an intelligent, responsible keeper you will have no problems with a reptile from Susquehanna Ectotherms.

*Genetics* All heterozygous animals are guaranteed. I do my best to accurately identify multiple co-dom animals, but can not guarantee it. When dealing with multiple co-dom combinations, it can be very difficult to identify exactly what genes are present. Especially when they are new combinations that we have not seen before.

* All snakes are on a first come, first serve basis. Please realize, I may have other people interested in the same snake that your are. When a person is messaging me asking for a lower price, asking for extra pictures and payment plans (which I only offer on snakes over $1000), complaining about Fed ex shipping charges, et cetera...someone else may message me and say they want the snake, and I will sell it to them.
