SEASONAL POSTPONEMENT UPDATES: As of 7/20/23 temps have started to get too high to where we cannot consistently ship out customer animals. We have no problem holding animals for as long as it takes for temps to become safe. Shipping will be done when temps are deemed safe at our discretion. Please note: All reptiles will be scheduled and shipped in the order the invoices were paid. We have a lot of reptiles waiting to go out so please allow 2-3 weeks for us to catch up on all ship outs. -- Shipping Policy --
We will not ship any reptiles until we have confirmed the order, shipping address, and ship out/delivery date with the customer and we will only ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to a verified "FedEx Ship Center" location.
Scheduling for ship out will not occur if temps/weather conditions are not within safe parameters and reptiles will be held at our facility until conditions are safe at both our area as well as the receiving location. For the safety of the reptiles, ship out may be postponed at any time if we feel that it is too risky to ship.
***Any customer who insists on delivery to a business or residential location must accept ALL responsibility, forfeiting any live arrival/health guarantee - as we have no control over how long the reptiles may be on a delivery truck and how this may adversely affect the reptile(s).***
We only ship Monday – Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight as "hold-for-pick" to a FedEx "Hub" Ship Center location.
Pick up must occur within two hours of FedEx notification that shipment is "ready for pick up" or guarantees are nullified. If the shipping information provided is found to be incorrect, guarantees are nullified.

Freedom Breeder guarantees that all our animals to be in perfect health (feeding regularly, and free from any form of parasite or illness) upon arrival. All reptiles will be pest-free, sexed, feeding regularly, and is free of any birth defects/kinks upon arrival.
***Any defects will be noted in the posting, photographed and priced accordingly. This includes, anything that may cause complications in breeding or "pet-only" specimens.***
Freedom Breeder provides a 48-hour health guarantee. Any issues (regarding health) must be reported immediately via email with photo/video proof of any reported "issues", within this time period.
-- Live Arrival Guarantee --
In the event a reptile is DOA (dead on arrival), you must notify us within two hours upon receiving your Ball Python.
***This time window is determined by the time receipt FedEx provides online for pick up.***
(An email or along with photo/video evidence of the exact ball python you received must be sent to Alex (who conducts our Ball Python Sales) within the notify time frame or no refunds or replacement reptiles will be offered.)

Freedom Breeder has been producing high-quality ball python morphs for over 30 years. Our YouTube genetics videos have been used by many breeders in the industry to learn how to identify specific genetic traits in morphs because of our decades of experience, however:
1.) Because of the increasing complexity and vast quantity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our reptiles.
2.) Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always guaranteed.
3.) Correct gender is always guaranteed.

All sales are final. All deposits/payments are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any remaining balances on their invoice including, but not limited to: shipping costs, fees etc. Freedom Breeder does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the reptile/shipment violates our guarantee, or in the event you received a different reptile than the one pictured in the Morph Market ad. DOA (dead on arrival) reptiles are the only other exception, and we would be happy to work with you regarding a replacement reptile/partial refund in the event your reptile is DOA, provided the customer follows our DOA reporting policy and was shipped to a FedEx "Hub" Ship Center location and NOT a residential/business address (as stated above.) No refunds will be offered due to "delay of ship out" for any reason. (Seasonal weather, holidays, unsafe shipping conditions or postponement.)
