American Ball Pythons Guarantees - We take pride in producing healthy ball pythons and we guarantee, that all our ball pythons are healthy. We guarantee the gender and the genetics to the best of our ability. We guarantee the ball python has eaten and is healthy for 7 days prior to the delivery.

Buyers Responsibility- Buyer is responsible for checking the gender of the animal within 24 hours of delivery. If the gender of the animal differs then the posting, you must notify us (American Ball Pythons) and provide a video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

American Ball Pythons Guarantees of a Live Arrival - We will not ship until we confirm the order with you, and confirm that you will have someone home to sign and receive your new family member. Someone must be present to sign per our live arrival guarantee.

We can not guarantee live arrival in extreme temps, we may need to hold off the shipment until suitable weather presents itself.

American Ball Pythons DOA Policy- Please provide proof of the DOA ( death on arrival) within an hour of receiving the animal. The receipt time is based off the time the package arrives at the specified address and is signed for . An email with a photo/video attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.

If something were to happen in those first 7 days that was not caused by negligence, we will give you credit towards another available animal.

Payments and Deposits:

All payment plans are nonrefundable and a minimum of 20% down.

$1k and under are 30 days.

$1k-$3k are 60 days.

$3k and over are 90 days.


Prices are subject to change without notice, with the exception of animals that have received an initial deposit.

All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.
