as someone is available to sign for your ball python. After the 1st attempt , Live Guarantee is VOIDED. If there are any
problems with your ball python upon delivery we must be notified within
24hrs. If notified within 24 hrs we will open a case and resolve the
problem . In the event that we need to replace a snake we will either issue
a credit for the value or send a similar replacement. All sales are final.
