Animals:
We guarantee the animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. All snakes are captive born and bred by us unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:
We are FedEx Certified and ship via FedEx Overnight for next day delivery by 10:30am to most areas. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health & well-being of our animals are our highest priority. As shipping rates vary to different areas, please contact us for quote. Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 12 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs, you will be required to send the expired animal back via next day air at your expense. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion.​ Currently US sales only.

Payment:
Payment is expected in full prior to shipping. We are currently only excepting payments through Square due to PayPal’s policies on live animal sales.

Deposits & Cancellations:
Animals may be reserved with a 25% deposit on purchases of $500.00 or more. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless I cannot provide the animal you reserved. Short-term payment plans are available. If you enter into a payment plan and are unable to fulfill your obligation, you forfeit any payments that have been made.
