Animals can be ordered through our site and each animal has a full description of what it is eating, age and temperament included in its listing.

Our typical shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!

We ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your nearest FedEx hub to ensure the safe delivery of the animal. FedEx has been experiencing heavy delays, so for the foreseeable future, we are requiring live animal purchases to be picked up at the nearest hub (unless expressly noted via email).

We will not ship until we confirm the order with you via email and confirm that you will have someone home to receive your new pet. We ship all months of the year as long as temps are above 20*F and under 90*F. We utilize styrofoam insulated boxes, heat packs, cool packs and high quality packing equipment to ensure the safety of the animals while in transit. We have been shipping and selling for over 20 years and have an amazing track record getting our customers their animals in a timely and SAFE manner.

Payment plans are only accepted on certain animals over $500. To start a payment plan, a 1/2 down nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required and the remainder is to be paid off within 30 days. If the customer does not pay within the allotted time, the deposit is forfeited. If you place an order with us and choose to cancel for whatever reason, we retain 50%, the cost of our nonrefundable deposit, as a restocking fee.
