PAYMENT

I accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Postal Money Order, or Cashier's Check. I will not be able to ship until your payment has fully cleared/posted in the event an e-check or Postal Money Order is used. This can vary from 4-7 business days.

I accept payment plans on purchases with a 25% non-refundable deposit. I will offer 30 days on purchases $500 or less, and can offer 60 days on purchases over $500. Any animals purchased with an agreed upon payment plan are not eligible for negotiable pricing.

In the event that you are unable to complete your payment plan, any monies paid will be offered as a credit towards another purchase. I am willing to transfer payment plans from one animal to another in the event that you change your mind. Payments made, including the deposit are non-refundable. Please consider this before entering into a payment plan agreement.

SHIPPING

Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight service in the continental United States. I use Reptiles 2 You exclusively, unless another service is requested. Please email me for a shipping quote.

I can only ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Live arrival is only guaranteed if the buyer is available to accept the animal on the first delivery attempt. In the event of any problem with the shipment I must be notified within the first hour. After the first hour has passed with a status of "delivered" the guarantee becomes null and void. I will only ship when I am comfortable with the weather conditions in the hub and final delivery location. I will use heat packs/cold packs/Phase 22 pouches at my own discretion based on the weather. Your animal's safety is my first priority.
