Payment Methods: PayPal. Payment must be paid in full prior to shipping the animal.

Payment Plans:
1. 30 day or 60 day payment plan via a 20% non-refundable deposit.
2. Animal will be held by the seller for the 30-60 day agreed upon payment plan.
3. If the full balance due is not paid by the buyer to the seller by the last day of the 30 day or 60 day payment plan that was agreed to, the seller has the right to then offer the animal to another buyer.

Heath Guarantee:
1. All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee
1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
2. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
3. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
4. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
5. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
6. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.

Genetics Guarantee:
1. Recessive genes are guaranteed by seller.
2. Due to the complexity with identifying some Incomplete Dominant / Co-Dom genes in Ball Pythons when more than one gene is involved, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of the Incomplete Dominant / Co-Dom genes in Ball Pythons

Local pickup may be arranged if agreed by both parties.
