Health
All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
All animals sold will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you.
Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We want you to be happy with the animals you receive from TallGrass Reptiles; if there are any problems we need to know about them right away.
If you do have trouble with any animals you receive from us please contact us and let us help you find a solution to the problem.

Sex
Proper sex of the animal purchased is guaranteed. Please double check the sex of your purchase. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the animal.

Genetics
Upon hatching, each animal is assigned a particular clutch ID# that is linked to the sire and dam that produced the animal. This allows me to provide relevant data on the clutch and genetics of each animal sold.
I have been producing Ball Pythons for over 10 years and I make every effort to be 100% accurate with identifying genetics of the animals I produce. I am generally very conservative in my identifications of multi-gene animals, as not to disappoint customers should a particular gene be missing. Please inquire with me prior to purchasing a particular animal if you have any concerns on a specific gene being present.

Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with over 10 years of experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals.
Recessive / Heterozygous Genes & correct gender are always guaranteed.

Shipping in the US
All of our animals are shipped via Fedex, live delivery guaranteed.
The cost for most shipments is $60 per box. We can fit a large number of animals in each box so there are no additional shipping charges if you purchase a group of animals.
We usually ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Depending on the destination weather, the animal may need to go to the nearest Fedex hub for pickup.
Our survival rate thus far is 100%. If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 24 hours, with a photo of the deceased animal sent via email.

Deposits and Payment Plans
These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a payment plan for the animal you wish to purchase. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
