Shipping Expectations: Full payment is required before shipping. Shipping is via Fedex scheduled to maximize successful and safe shipping of all animals unless local delivery options are agreed upon. Scheduled ship dates are Monday through Wednesday dependent on safe shipping conditions.
Payment methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, electronic bank transfers, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: We accept payment plans on a case-by-case basis, with a 20% non-refundable deposit (minimum $50) and the balance paid 30-60-90 days as agreed.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles will refund 100% of the money paid, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles will provide refund or replacement.
9. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles is not responsible for animal temperament.
