All customers are expected to have EXTENSIVE knowledge of what they are purchasing. I shall not be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. 𝑨𝒈𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: While this is in no way discriminatory against younger keepers, no Burmese Pythons, Reticulated Pythons or any Rear-Fanged Snakes such as False Water Cobras will be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years old without parental consent. Which means I must personally speak to a legal guardian, see a visible ID, or have a written permission slip faxed or emailed to me.
It is EXTREMELY important to me that ALL the animals I produce and sell be placed in the care of experienced keepers. PLEASE be aware of the care requirements pertaining to the species you are purchasing. Thank You.
𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 & 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒂𝒘𝒔: I will not knowingly ship any animals in violation of any State and/or Federal Laws. I expect that anyone wanting to purchase a specific animal will look into their own local and state laws before purchasing.
𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔: I reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone that I feel is not fit to care for and/or maintain any animals I sell.
𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. All animals are also always represented honestly to the best of my ability. If you are not satisfied with your shipment, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight, or give you store credit for the amount of the animal for valid and verified grievences. No cash refunds will be given. After 24 hours of the shipment’s arrival, we assume no further liabilities.
When you receive your animal please open the shipping box and inspect all animals immediately, if you are unhappy with your purchase I must be notified immediately. Once the animal is in the customer's hands, I cannot control what the customer does or the new environment the animal is in, so this is as far as the guarantee runs. If you are unsatisfied with your animal’s health or appearance, photographic evidence of the animal’s condition must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the animal. We do not have control of how a buyer handles or houses an animal so our guarantee can only extend to one day in the buyer’s care.
All of my animals are guaranteed eating in my care, due to the change of environment I cannot guarantee that any animal will continue to eat on the same routine it was for me. When an animal does not eat, it is not a valid reason for replacement or credit to be given. I am always available to help with any advice on getting the animal to eat, I want you to have success with any animals purchased and will always give my full attention to helping get the animal started for you.
𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆: All genetics are guaranteed and a signed genetic documentation with a photo ID of the snake will be included.
𝑺𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒚: When an animal is sold as a male or female, I offer a 100% guarantee to that effect. However, you must double check the sex of the animal within 72 hours of arrival. In the event an animal appears to be the wrong sex, I must be notified within 72 hours. Otherwise, I will consider our transaction complete. If an animal arrives incorrectly sexed, the animal will be replaced with one of the proper sex or store credit will be issued.
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental U.S.A. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped across state lines.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We ship through FedEx overnight with most deliveries by 10:30am the following day. FedEx Priority Overnight is guaranteed by noon. We ship Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. We will ship to the FedEx staffed facility nearest to you. This is to eliminate the possibility of the animal expiring in the FedEx truck during delivery.
Animals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures (Overnight low temperatures must be above 40 degrees and daytime high must be below 95) I will also make to final decision based on the health and well-being of the animal. If I don't think it is safe to ship, I will not.
You MUST be there at the FedEx staffed facility to sign for and accept the package by noon; otherwise the guarantee will be void.
Please note the live arrival guarantee will be VOID if provided with incorrect shipping information. Please provide us with complete shipping information and a time you will be able to accept the package.

𝑷𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒔: Depending on the animal or item, payment plans can be done on most orders over $500.00. Payment plans can last up to 90 days unless discussed otherwise. Payments must be made weekly, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment plan. Any payment made is non-refundable, but can be credited towards other animals if unable to fulfill your original commitment. If I fail to supply you with what you need, you will be refunded in full. A 50% deposit is required to start a payment plan.
𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒔: If you would like me to hold an animal or item, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. When holding an animal, I will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it was my own until shipped. If I fail to supply with you what you need, you will be refunded in full.
𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆𝒔: In the event that an animal begins to exhibit signs of a health issue, you must contact me within 24 hours of the animal’s arrival so that I can help you remedy the problem. This is very important, and failure to do so will void your guarantee and refund.If you are unsatisfied with your animal’s health or appearance, photographic evidence of the animal’s condition must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the animal. This is why I STRESS that you have a complete and proper set-up for your animal functioning before your animal arrives, as to make the transition to its new home as easy as possible.
𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍: In the rare case of Dead On Arrivals (DOA's) I need to be informed immediately upon receiving the animal. Please email [email protected]
to let me know. In the event that an animal needs to be replaced, a photograph of the deceased animal and pictures of the shipping box and contents is required. Do not take it personal if we ask you for proof - this is something we ask of all customers in order to be fair with everyone. Also do not tell me that you do not have the ability to photograph the deceased animal. If you do not have access to a camera or camera phone, you are not in the position to own one of my animals.
𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒔 & 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔: Any live animal being replaced must be returned at your expense before a replacement is sent out. Once it has been determined that your claim is valid, we will reimburse you for shipping and ship out your replacement(s) at our expense.
If a customer is wanting to cancel an existing order or payment plan that is in effect, unfortunately a complete refund will not be issued. That defeats the entire purpose of setting up the order and holding the animals for the customer (not allowing them to be sold to other potential customers). In this scenario an in-store credit will be issued to the customer for a future purchase.
Verify your Order Information! Please be sure the information you enter, especially your shipping address and email address, is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made at the wrong address, or animals delivered unexpectedly due to missed shipping/tracking emails. Take the time to double check what you type - lives very well may depend on it!
𝑨 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝑨𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒓: Depending on many factors such as temperature, environment, stress and the presence of food, the color and/or intensity of the color on most reptiles can change drastically. I try to photograph my animals when they are looking their best, but they don't always cooperate. Another factor that is impossible to control is that monitor settings vary from computer to computer, so it's literally impossible for me to make each photograph appear the same on everyone's computer monitor. I regretfully cannot offer refunds due to lack or misinterpretation of color. After shipping, many reptiles will not "look their best" in regards to color, however if you set them up properly, they should regain their beautiful coloration within 24-48 hours. If you receive an animal whose color is not to your satisfaction, you may exchange it for store credit within 3 business days.
