My main policy is that I treat my customers the same way that I would want to be treated. I guarantee sex, I guarantee that the animal will be 100% healthy, and I guarantee live arrival with hub delivery and picked up the same day. I will never ship an animal that I am not confident is in perfect health, but any concerns should be brought to my attention immediately upon receipt.

Recessive genetics are always 100% guaranteed. Some combinations of “codom” morphs can be difficult to parse, and will always be based on my best judgment using my own experience and after conferring with other experienced breeders.

I ship Monday through Wednesday for next day delivery, but shipping may be delayed by extreme hot or cold weather. I will not ship animals in unsafe conditions, so please be understanding if there are any temperature concerns.

Local pickup is also available in Spokane WA.

I generally use zelle or square for payment, but may do other methods if we discuss it beforehand. I also accept cash for local transactions.

Payment plans are available with a 25% non-refundable deposit. I will typically do 30 day plans for animals $400-$800, 60 day plans for animals $800-$1500, and 90 day plans for animals $1500+.

Any deposits made are considered non-refundable unless there was an error on my end. If you default on payment terms, the balance you’ve paid will be considered a credit with me for up to a year and the animal will be reposted. I am fairly flexible, so contacting me immediately with any issues is always the best way to resolve a problem.

These terms are not all-inclusive but merely cover the most common questions that arise. Every issue will be handled on an individual basis and I will work with you directly to resolve any possible problems.
