1. Live arrival guaranteed.
2. All reptiles are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and properly sexed. Buyer must contact us within 24 hours with any issues or discrepancies.
3. DOA must be reported within 2 hours from the Fed Ex time stamp to receive a credit on your purchase. Photos/video must be provided to Seller.
4. Shipping is available through Fed Ex Priority Overnight.
5. We will only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when temperatures are between 40 degrees and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We prefer shipping to your nearest Fed Ex hub.
6. We are not responsible nor will we be liable for shipping delays that occur on part of Fed Ex.
7. Buyer is responsible for shipping expenses, which will de discussed at the time of purchase.
8. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad unless otherwise indicated in the ad posting.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. All sales are final! No returns or exchanges.
11. We will invoice you through our stores P.O.S. system for payments.

Payment plan policy:
1. Only available on reptiles $500 and up.
2. $15.00 layaway fee per reptile.
3. 25% down payment.
4. Reptile(s) will ship according to shipping policy once payment of the reptile(s) are received in full.
5. Reptile(s) must be paid off within a total of 4 weeks of the initial payment date.
6. If reptile(s) are not paid in full by the due date, buyer forfeits all moneys paid.
7. We will email the Buyer a payment plan contract that must be completed fully and returned.
