Local pickup is available in Winston-Salem, NC. We do not have a retail location and meet customers by appointment at a prearranged location. To protect our customers, business, and animals, local orders require digital signing of our Responsible Keeper Agreement. See “Payment” for payment options.

5) FedEx Ship Center you want to pick up at (we do not offer home delivery). Valid FedEx Ship Center locations will say "FedEx Ship Center" and nothing else. FedEx Office, FedEx Onsite, FedEx Office and Ship Center, FedEx Authorized Ship Center, or any other third party vendor cannot be used as these locations cannot receive live animals. ID is required for pickup.
To protect our customers, business, and animals, you will receive a purchase agreement which covers all terms and conditions. Once that's signed you'll receive a Square invoice for payment. See “Payment” for other options.
Shipping is usually $35 to $75 with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery. Shipping up to $100 is included in the price on orders over $2000.
When we ship:
We ship one prearranged day per week, usually Tuesday, via priority overnight. We only ship when weather is permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We will let you know when our next shipping day is when you inquire.
Where do we ship:
We ONLY ship to FedEx Ship Center locations in the Continental US. We cannot ship to homes, businesses, FedEx Office, or FedEx Onsite locations. Buyer is responsible for selecting the FedEx Ship Center that is most convenient for them. This is for the safety of the animals as well as to insure that packages are received by their intended recipients.
We will not knowingly ship any animal to a state where its ownership is prohibited. Customer is responsible for knowing state and local ordinances pertaining to reptile ownership. We cannot ship reticulated pythons to Florida.
Picking up your order:
The party who's legal name is on the package must be the party that picks up the package. FedEx requires that ID be presented. Buyer is responsible for picking up animal(s) within 2 hours of available pickup time (as indicated by the provided tracking number) or all guarantees are null and void. Buyer must notify seller of DOA animals within 1 hour of pickup and provide video evidence. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
How to pay:
We accept payment via Square Invoice. We also accept personal checks and money orders by mail. No animals are shipped or delivered prior to checks/money orders clearing. We also accept Afterpay for purchases over $500. Local pickup orders may be paid in advance via Square invoice or at pickup by cash, CashApp, or credit/debit card. We are unable to accept direct payment via PayPal or Venmo at this time. However, if you have a PayPal card, you can use that to pay via Square.
We offer Afterpay for purchases over $500. We also offer traditional in-house payment plans on animals over $500 with a non-refundable 30% deposit. We offer 30 day payoff up to $1500, 60 day payoff for $1500-$3000, and 90 day payoff over $3000. There are no refunds for defaulted payment plans. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose the 30% deposit and any remaining balance will be issued as store credit towards a future purchase. We can be flexible with the payoff timeline within reason. We do not offer payment plans under $500 but will hold an animal short-term (not more than 1 week) with a non-refundable 30% deposit for in person pickup only.
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them. We are here to help you give your pet a long and happy life, but it is your responsibility to provide them with sufficient care, husbandry, and healthcare.
We do not offer refunds. Any issues with orders will be resolved with either replacement or store credit. If there is any issue with your purchase under the aforementioned condition, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.
We perform all due diligence to prevent fraud and stand behind the validity of EVERY sale under the terms above. We fully document and track every transaction. Any and all attempted payment reversals WILL be met with litigation and/or criminal prosecution.
