Payments are accepted through Zelle or PayPal using Friends and Family only unless picking up locally. Discounts on multiple purchases. We do offer 60 day payment plans on purchases over $300.00 USD. All payments must be made in full before your animal(s) will be shipped, no exceptions. A 20% non-refundable holding deposit may be placed on an animal if time is needed to make payments. This deposit will be subtracted from the total price. Shipping is done by priority overnight only. Export is available if the buyer arranges shipping with a qualified Exporter (like GeckosEtc, Colubra, Dutch Dragon Imports) however we can only guarantee live arrival to the Exporter’s facility. Temperatures must be between 40-85 degrees ferinheit. Summer/winter holds are available at no additional costs for animals once they have been paid for fully. Purchaser is responsible for checking their local weather. Purchaser is responsible for having animal(s) shipped during unsafe destination temperatures and refunds/replacements are exempt. Local pickups and deliveries are not effected by temperature. Memphis Morphs is not responsible for any dropped tails during shipping, it can happen, but it will not in any way affect the health and wellbeing, or breeding capabilities of the animal. All juveniles sold as unsexed are too small to sex for sure but we give our best at loupe sexing. Unless labeled “female” or “male” there are no guarantees on sex. All geckos have a 24hr health guarantee. If animals are not able to be delivered to your home by FedEx on the first knock and consequently put back on the truck, or in the case of hub pickup, are left at the FedEx facility for more than 1 hour after arrival, all live arrival guarantees are void. In the very rare case of a D.O.A (dead on arrival) photographic and/or video evidence is required and must be sent in immediately to qualify for refund/replacement. In some cases we may ask that you return the animal for an autopsy. If photographic/ video evidence is provided immediately we will begin working out your refund or replacement options. In the event that you can no longer care for a gecko you have purchased from us we are always happy to take them back in, no judgment, but we do not buy back animals.
