Golden Child is an incomplete dominant mutation founded by New England Reptile Distributors.
Super Golden Child is often fatal and can have other problems like smaller size and deformities. I think it’s similar to super black pastel in ball pythons.
Produced randomly in a clutch at NERD from a dwarf retic collected on the island of Selayar.
The head of the Goldenchild Reticulated Python usually has markings which can vary per individual. Their eyes are usually silvery.
The Goldenchild Reticulated Python’s body is usually entirely patternless except for the dorsal, which expresses a shattered pattern.
The tail of the Goldenchild Reticulated Python usually follows the same lack of pattern as the rest of the body.
Goldenchild is believed to have came from Selayer, however many within the community believe that to be incorrect.
