Store Policy
**Our Guarantee**
We guarantee our animals are pest-free, sexed properly, feeding regularly and are clear of any birth defects/kinks. Any snakes that may have defects, would be noted in the listing, photographed and priced accordingly. This includes anything that may cause complications in breeding.
**Genetics**
We do our best to identify all of the genetics in the animals we have listed, but with the amount of genes in pairings these days, it is impossible to always give a guarantee on all the genes.
**Shipping**
We only ship Tuesday or Wednesday via FedEx. If you choose to pick up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within one (1) hour of arrival or our guarantees are nullified. If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified.
Shipping will only proceed during the proper weather. We will only ship when temperatures are above 40f and below 89f. If temperatures are beyond those limits, we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility closest to your location or schedule the shipment when the weather permits.
We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order & shipping address with you and confirm that you will have someone at the address provided or the snake will be held at your nearest hub.
If your animal is DOA, you must notify us within one (1) hour upon receiving with pictures and/or videos.
**Payments**
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $1,500 or more. The minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 30, 60 or 90 days. The time period will be depending on the price of the animal. This will be agreed upon before the payment plan begins.
**All payments with payment plans are non-refundable. Please make sure you can complete the payment plan before you start it as all payments are non-refundable**
**Terms and Conditions**
The purchaser agrees to pay all expenses, including legal expenses, court costs and attorney fees paid by the seller in endeavoring to collect these invoiced items.
