Store Policy: Payment through PayPal. Shipping FedEx Priority Overnight through ShipYourReptiles. Must confirm within one hour of drop-off/pick-up time at shipping destination (HUB, HOME, WORK, Ect) of DOA animals with pictures in order to receive refund. 25% non-refundable deposit to hold as down payment. Can be transferred to another gecko. Can do 30-60 day weekly payment plans. Gecko must be paid off within the set days of payment plan from receipt of hold/down payment or 25% will be kept and the rest returned. The gecko could have potentially sold elsewhere, and allowing payment plans is a courtesy we do provide, but if it turns into not paying it off in the set time we do hold the intended buyer with 25% accountability. Communication is key and we will do our very best to work with you. We pride ourselves on communication and customer service. If you are unhappy with the gecko you received, We will refund the price of the gecko WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE EXACT TIME OF PICKUP/DROP-OFF, the BUYER is responsible to ship and cover all costs associated with return shipping.
