First and for most when you purchase one of our Geckos you become part of our Gecko Family here at ADG Gecko's. Second we take great pride in our Geckos whether it be our Crested or Gargoyles, we love what we do. Store Policy
*ADG GECKO’S POLICY*
We accept PayPal, buyer pays shipping. We guarantee healthy and live Geckos upon arrival. We only ship to FedEx Hubs to guarantee healthy and safe arrival. If we ship to your home the guarantee arrival would be voided. If you pick up your Gecko from the FedEx Hub at the time it was scheduled to be picked up and it is deceased you must provide photos and video of the deceased with-in 1 hour, once shown you will be ONLY refunded the Gecko price not shipping. If you picked your gecko up a hour or hours after the scheduled time the live arrival is voided. If you picked your gecko(s) up on time and it was deceased we have two options to pick from first we can refund the price of the gecko(s) second we can send you another gecko(s) at equal value you must pay shipping.
If you receive a gecko under 25 grams, we can not 100% guarantee sex of that gecko we will let you know if pores have been shown or not which if there is that would mean male.
For the Winter months: We will not ship if temperatures are below 65 F. You are more than welcome to put 1/2 Gecko(s) total down as a down payment for us to hold and house the gecko(s) through winter. Once temps are back to the right shipping temps (Spring) you will be given 1 week to pay the remaining 1/2 on Gecko(s) and shipping.
If you do not pay within 1 week given that gecko(s) will be put back on the market.
