Alotl Dreams Policies
Local purchases: We are located in Apopka, Fl. Due to the pandemic we will not do in-house pickup when purchasing an axolotl from us. We do not deliver axolotls but are willing to meet in an agreed public location in Apopka, Fl. We sell by appointments only for local pickups. We will do the best to accommodate our customers and will bring axolotls for you to choose from if you are not sure which axolotl you want, however, we will only do so for serious buyers. Videos and pictures are available on our Instagram @AlotlDreams to help you select the perfect animal for you if you need more time to make your decision.
No Show polices: We understand that things can happen and sometimes customers may have to reschedule their pickup appointment. We ask that you provide advance notice of rescheduling as soon possible. Taking an axolotl to another location can be stressful for them, so again we do this for serious buyers only. Communication is key, if you are running late we will wait a reasonable time with the axolotl(s) for you. This is to our discretion as weather and other appointments may interfere with our wait time. If you are late and you do not communicate with us we will wait up to 15 minutes for you. Once you are past that time and you still have not communicated with us you will be counted as a no show. You may still purchase an axolotl from us but you will have an additional $25.00 no show fee to ensure you will meet your next appointment time. In the event a customer is a “No Show” twice, we reserve the right to not make any further appointments with you for local pickups. You will be charged a $25.00 fee or each “No Show” if you still intend to buy an axolotl through shipping.
Shipping policies: When an order is placed with us we will separate your selected axolotl from our stock. They will be fasted before shipping to maintain as clear water as possible for the axolotl during transit. All axolotls will be shipped with adequate insulation, double bagged, with an icepack, and fresh dechlorinated cold water. When an axolotl is purchased we will ship it the following Monday. We will not ship our axolotls to any states where they are illegal to own or import. (California, Maine, Virginia, New Mexico, Washington D.C., and New Jersey) We will not ship out side of the continental United States, no exceptions.
Shipping a live animal is always a risk for the buyer and the seller. If your axolotl(s) are DOA you must send us a clear picture and video of the axolotl in its original unopened packaging within 1 hour of delivery. You must be home to receive your axolotl. This minimizes prolonged exposure to the elements. In the event of your axolotl being DOA you will be refunded the cost of the animal. Shipping will not be included in the refund. We do not provided exchanges. If you want another axolotl you will have to select and purchase one. We do not receive any profit from shipping costs.
You must provide a valid address that you will be present at for delivery of your axolotl. If the address provided is invalid or you are not present to receive your animal you will not receive a refund for the price of your axolotl(s) if any harm comes to it. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the animal is returned or held at the UPS facility.
If you are ordering more than one axolotl shipping prices will be higher as they require more material, bigger packaging, and more weight. Separate packaging is also available. Shipping prices still apply for each package. We will provide the best options for you and will work with you to get you your animals safely.
Extreme Weather: We reserve the right to hold animals due to extreme weather conditions. When weather temperatures drop or raise in your area to a degree that is too dangerous for your animal we will cease shipping until temperatures normalize. The same goes for any storms or weather conditions that seem unsafe.
Cancellation Policies: If you cancel your order after your axolotl has been shipped you will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to prepare for the arrival of your selected pet. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to send the animal back to us. Cancellations after shipping will be charged a 25% fee of the cost of your order.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
