BoopNoodles is a female-run business working mainly with dark morphs, bananas, ultramels, and pattern changers. I enjoy breeding and raising high-end ball pythons as well as creating new gene combos. My hobby started in 2020 as my love for ball pythons grew.

BoopNoodles Store Policy:
FEEDING:
We feed the baby snakes live/stunned/pre-killed/F-T rat/mouse to get them used to what is available in your area. We feed the adult snakes Frozen-Thawed/stunned/live medium rats. Trying for diverse eaters instead of picky eaters. Any picky eaters will be listed as such.
SHIPPING:
Please include your shipping address to get a shipping quote on inquiries. We ship fast, but shipping out could be delayed based on the weather forecast. If the temps are too low/high we will delay shipping until the weather is better on both the origin and the destination locations.
We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight from HUB to HUB for the live animal guarantee, Monday - Wednesday Only (not including Hawaii). ***No shipping over Fridays or weekends!***
***If you prefer to have home delivery, you are waiving your right to dispute the live animal guarantee and no refunds will be given for DOA.*** We will do our best to ensure the animal has proper insulation and a heat/cool pack if needed.

ANIMAL GUARANTEE:
We have a live-animal-guarantee if shipped to a FedEx HUB, *see note below. We guarantee the animal is in good health when they leave our facility and eat regularly for us. We guarantee animals are correctly sexed.
**Animals must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery from the FedEx HUB or the live animal guarantee is VOID. If the animal is found DOA we will offer a new animal, credit, or refund. The proof will be required and we must be notified within the allotted 2-hour pick-up time.**
In the event we made a mistake on gender please reach out so we can work out a replacement, return, or credit.
GENETICS:
We will do our best to list the genetics an animal has/possibly has and they will be priced accordingly. We are working with new lines and multiple gene combo, so it may be impossible to tell what genes an animal carries without proving out. If there are any questions on genetics please reach out, we will do our best to assist.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
No refunds/exchanges for customers unable to get the animal to eat, buyer remorse, or changed minds once the animal is shipped. Animals are guaranteed to eat regularly with us, but with new homes, this can change due to initial stress. Please allow the animal time to adjust for a week or two prior to feeding and interacting.
Once the animal is in your care, all sales are final. If the animal has not left our location yet, please reach out so we can work with you.
PAYMENT:
Animals will be held for 24 hours after the initial agreement to purchase/hold an animal.
Animals less than $500 will require full payment upfront within 24 hours of the initial agreement to purchase.
Animals greater than $500 will require full payment or 25% down for a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal for 15 days.
Animals equal to or more than $2000 are eligible for a payment plan.
We understand that things can happen in life. Please reach out to us if something happens where payment can not be made on time or you need to cancel; we will work with you.

We are always looking to expand our Ball Python collection, please fill free to offer a trade. We will let you know if we are in the market or not for the animal offered.
