Store Policy
Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via Fed-Ex next day delivery. All animals are guaranteed live arrival with the exception if no one is home to receive the package when delivered. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt and then immediately to us. If the package is left out in the elements and Oodles A Noodles is not notified within 30 minutes of the recorded delivery time the live arrival guarantee will be void. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved, and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back before issuing a refund. Shipping ends December 1st of every year and resumes February 15th of every year.
Shipping is done on Monday through Wednesday. We only ship to Fedex hubs. Temperatures are above 34 and below 90 degrees. If the weather is 92-100 the snake will be shipped to the closest fully staffed FedEx Shipping Center and picked up at the hub. The same guarantee standards apply for door to door shipping as they do to ship to hub. We will check the weather in our area and the customers area to determine the best time to ship your package.

Payment plans
payment plans will be on a case by case basis but will not exceed a 90 day period of time. Deposits are required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animal’s price. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are interested in any of the expected offspring from a project, we will make a waiting list that will be first come, first serve. We will update any persons on the waiting list of developments in the project. After 60 days from last received payment as well as lack of contact will automatically default your payment plan. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until it is paid off. If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer any payments, LESS YOUR 25% DEPOSIT, to another available animal(s) of equal or lesser value. Payment plants will not be accepted for animals on sale. I currently accept payments via PayPal, cashapp and venmo. Absolutely NO REFUNDS unless we the animal you have chosen cannot be provided.

Sex and genetics. Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt. When hatching multi gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. In these cases the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with a new or extra genes. Or it could be bad if the customer ends up with less or an undesirable gene. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee that anyone can make regarding Theoretical IDs is mistakes will happen, presumptions will on occasion prove false. The only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make up of an animal. All hets are guarantied.
