HISTORY
Having worked with most of the animals for years, we pride ourselves in being humble. We will never know everything. The key to success is knowledge, and knowledge is constantly on the cusp of discovery; we can never know everything. We always will stay up to date with new techniques, practices, technology, and ways of thinking. Continually pushing ourselves to be better in whatever we do, we give everything 110% and with the help of friends, we can’t fail.! I’ve been working with Leopard Geckos now for over 7 years & we pride ourselves in always putting the animals first; in every situation.

Store Policy
ALL REPTILES:
For all reptiles, we use FEDEX priority overnight shipping. WE drop off our packages at 4-5:30pm the day before and it arrives at your nearest hub, usually before opening. We only ship hub to hub. this minimizes risk and limits the amount of time fedex handles our packages. Animals first.
Insulated, heavily labeled, and handled with caution, our packages are insured and are responsibly licensed. In each package we utilize things such as packing paper, peanuts, foam, deli cups, snake bags, meal prep containers, etc.
To control variables such as temperature, we use 12-72 hr heat packs, cold packs, and phase 22 packs which regulate temps by changing it’s state form. Phase 22’s turn to solids as the temperatures decrease and melt back to liquid as temps increase. this is to ensure that the temps within the package remain steady instead of fluctuating drastically. we take pride in our work, we take every opportunity to ensure our work reaches you safely. a life lost is not a matter to fool around with.
FISH:
Shipping fish is simple and easy! We work with fish stores across the US and shipping fish isn’t nearly as hard as it sounds. Unlike the hefty cost of specialized reptile shipments, shipping fish generally costs an average of $35 per box. Depending on species, we will either use our golden standard- breather bags, or a normal bag supplied with pure oxygen. These boxes are insulated with Styrofoam and handle being shipped with the roughest of deliveries.
PLANTS:
Plants can be added to orders or shipped via USPS or FedEx. None of our plants are treated with any pesticides and are completely organic. We also support local! Our mother nursery is 95% In-House production and we can supply your every day plant needs as well as your own plant guru- adventures! Plants are treated under the same DOA policy as our animals.
DOA POLICY:
Dead On Arrival’s will be handled with extreme professionalism. Although very rare and few, accidents and misfortunate events do happen. A two hour window is given with all live orders. We require that you pick up said shipment from the hub within this window. From the “pickup-up available” you have two hours to contact us with any concerns with your order. After this two hour window, any live-guarantee is void. at emporium, it’s animals first.
Shipping is a mutual expenditure and is not included in any refund.
REFUNDS:
We pride ourselves in customer service and being diligent in providing the best conditions for our animals. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please, do not hesitate to reach out to use. We offer an array of exchanges, refunds, partial refunds, and replacements. Shipping cost is not valid for any form of refund. Shipping cost is an outside factor that we can never control. Our only guarantee resides in our 5 Star quality in business. Exchanges or “swaps” are not allowed. We do not offer refunds on return shipping. Our customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs to and from.
Deposits are 20% or $50 (whichever is more) and are non refundable. Funds ARE transferable. Bubba has your back. (unless otherwise specified)
