Store Policy
Shipping
1. The price of shipping is included in the list price unless otherwise noted. This offer is only valid for the Continental United States. For shipping needs outside of the Continental US, please contact us so we can provide an estimate shipping cost.
2. We guarantee the live and healthy arrival of all animals shipped by us, as long as all guidelines set forth by ShipYourReptile are met and we are notified within 2-hours of arrival.
3. All animals are professionally packaged according to guidelines set forth by ShipYourReptile. To learn more, visit their website at https://shipyourreptiles.com
4. Animals will not be shipped below 40°F or above 100°F for the safety of the animal. Please note, this will heavily effect us during the summer months when temperatures in Scottsdale regularly exceed 120°F.
5. We will only ship animals on Mondays or Tuesdays. This is to ensure that any delays in shipping will not result in the animal remaining with the courier over the weekend.
Genetics/Sex/Health Guarantees
1. We guarantee that all animals are correctly sexed. If we happen to make a mistake in sexing an animal, please notify us as soon as possible so we can find a way to make the situation right.
2. All animals sold are guaranteed to be healthy and eating as described. We do not consider animals that are not eating to be sellable.
3. Due to the complex nature and variance within animal genetics and the specific projects we are working with, we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of incomplete or codominant genes. Recessive genes are always fully guaranteed as listed. If you have any questions regarding the specific genes and why we identified it how we did, please reach out as we would be happy to discuss.
Payment Policy/Payment Plans
1. We accept almost any form of payment. PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, or Check are all accepted. Let us know what works best for you and we can try to make it work.
2. We usually accept payment plans for our animals. Typically we require a 25% non-refundable down payment with full payment in 30-60 days. We will always work with you to try and meet your needs and can adjust terms within reason. We reserve the right to refuse payment plans for any particular animal.
3. While on a payment plan, we guarantee to feed and care for your animal as if it was one of our own. They will receive the highest level of care possible. For this reason, the 25% deposit used to place the animal on hold is non-refundable.
4. If for some reason we are not able to provide the animal purchased, we will refund any money paid towards the animal or allow for a full transfer towards another available animal. While we never anticipate any issues, we are dealing with the unpredictability of live animals.
5. Shipping arrangements will not be made until the animal is paid in full.
General
1. We cannot sell live animals to anyone under the age of 18 without written consent from a parent/guardian.
2. Please check local laws and regulations to ensure the legality of owning the animal you are purchasing in your area.
3. B&Z Exoticz reserves the right to decline a sale.
