Terms of Service
1. PURCHASE
* C. Gonz Reptiles accepts the following for payment(s): PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
* Payment plans are available on any reptile purchase over $300.00. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. Please contact us for more information regarding payment plan options.
2. SHIPPING
* Shipping is available when temperatures are between 45 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
* All shipping is done via FedEx Overnight Priority through Reptiles2You.
* Reptile purchases are shipped out on Tuesday and Wednesday.
* Shipping cost is a NON-REFUNDABLE flat rate of $60.00.
* Shipments will always require a Hub Pick-up. This means you must be available to sign for your package on the day of delivery on the FIRST attempt. Failure to do so will void the live arrival guarantee.
* C. Gonz Reptiles is not responsible for delays in shipping for any reason once your package is with FedEx.
3. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
* C. Gonz Reptiles always strives for perfection. That is why we are able to offer a live arrival guarantee. All of our reptiles are guaranteed to arrive alive, 100% healthy and properly sexed.
* Again, our live arrival guarantee is void if you are not home to receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt. This is the case even if the FedEx carrier is earlier or later than the estimated time given due to traffic, weather, and other incidences.
4. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY
* In the rare case a reptile is DOA, it must be reported within two hours from the FedEx delivery time stamp. We ask that you also include a clear photo of the DOA reptile at the time of reporting. Failure to do so will void the live arrival guarantee. You must adhere to our DOA Policy in order to receive credit for your purchase.
*TRADES...... Will consider trades for high end gekcos or isopods
