Hatchlings start on a diet of rats bred in house. Producing our own supply helps ensure all animals leaves at their very best and with the strongest of feeding responses.

Store Policy
Payment Terms:
Your payment link will be contained within the invoice once you agree to purchase the animal/s in interest. All agreed purchase and shipping terms will be presented in writing on the invoice. You will receive the invoice before any payments can be made or accepted by either party.
Included:
All animals come with an information package. This includes a hardcopy of your invoice, a four page care guide, our unique lineage certificate, complete with custom folder for safe keeping these documents. You will also receive numerous brand stickers, swag items, magnets and a black company T-Shirt (be sure to let us know your size when you pay for your purchase).
Shipping Terms:
They are shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Appropriate temperature precautions are taken according to weather and shipping conditions. Animals will ship at the first safe opportunity (Domestic ship outs occur once per week on Tuesdays, but in some cases may depart Mondays). Animals are expected to be picked up within eight hours of their arrival time at the FedEX Hub, or be received/signed for on first delivery attempt.
Domestic shipping rates ranges from $40 - $135 depending on your province and includes taxes. We offer free local pick up and live courier rates.

We offer FREE SHIPPING TO THE U.S. on animals listed over $2000.00 USD
International shipping (from Canada to the United States) Range from 200 - 275 USD per animal*:
200USD for animals under 200g
235USD for animals between 200-800g
275USD for animals over 800g
*Prices include required Cites documents, freight charges and tax.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be listed genetically accurate (recessive traits) and sexed correctly. They are exactly as visually represented in the listings photos. Animals arrive healthy and not less then 10% of their advertised weight. We cannot warrant against issues beyond physical appearance, including issues that aren't readily identifiable via visual exam (congenital or otherwise). Temperaments generally range from curious to shy but cannot be guaranteed. In the highly unlikely event that your not completely satisfied with you animal, contact us in writing within the first four hours (of receiving the animal with time stamped photos and videos, as needed to be determined). Genders are guaranteed, claim period is seven days.
Methods of payment:
Credit Card, Debit Card, Payment Plan, Cash or EMT.
Payment Plans:
30 and 60 and 90 day plans available. 20% deposit to hold. Deposits and payments are non transferable/non refundable. Once the deposit is paid, the balance is due within the agreed term. Payments are made in pre agreed segments on pre arranged dates no more then 14 days apart. First payment is due no more then 14 days after the deposit is paid. Non payment will void the terms and forfeits any accrued funds.
All terms are presented in writing on the invoice before payments can be made or accepted by either party.
