Store Policy

Payments:
A 20% deposit is required to hold the animal and full payment must be made before collection/drop-off. Payments can be made by PayPal, cash on pick-up or through bank transfer.

Transport options:
A courier can be organised by the buyer or I can drop off if petrol costs are covered.
Collection is available.

Animals can be held for up to 8 weeks with a 20% deposit. If an animal is on-hold to you then we will provide you with other pictures and updates about them.

We do not refund for tail-loss. Fortunately no gecko has dropped its tail in my care but crested geckos do occasionally drop their tails.

I will not sell any gecko under 5g. I may post geckos that are 4g for sale but they will not be released from my care until they are 5g. If a deposit has been made on an animal under 5g then the 8 week hold policy will only start once the animal reaches the minimum weight.

All geckos are feeding on complete crested gecko diet (Pangea) and live food occasionally.

We reserve the right to refuse sale, ask for proof of a suitable set-up and ask general care questions about the animal for sale. We reserve the right to cancel any sale should we feel the need and in the event of this happening, any monies exchanged will be fully refunded. The animals welfare and future care is our priority so we need to ensure it is being sold to a responsible owner.
