City Ball LLC is a family run business with a life long love of animals! We are hobbyists at heart that share a passion for ball pythons, and we are constantly pushing our own boundaries to create new and exciting morphs. We work with a very diverse collection of genes, acquiring the best examples of visual genes and morphs that we can, whether purchased or self produced. Simply put, we strongly believe that quality in produces quality out. All ball pythons available have been produced by City Balls unless otherwise stated. All snakes will have had at least 4-6 meals before being offered for sale.
Store Policy
We appreciate you visiting our page, all inquiries will be answered in the order that they are received. Because we occasionally receive multiple inquiries for the same item, there is no guarantee that it will be available when we respond to you. We are available to answer questions you may have about our snakes, and we are willing to consider offers on some snakes. Please make an inquiry only when you are serious about making a purchase. We will not waste your time, please do not waste ours.
Please take the time to review our Store policy carefully before making a purchase. City Balls LLC looks to provide a rewarding and fair transaction for both parties.
-PAYMENT: We invoice and accept payment through Square and PayPal. All major credit/debit cards accepted. Must be 18 years of age to purchase. All purchases, including shipping costs, must be paid IN FULL before any animal will ship. It is our intention to ship all snakes purchased as soon as possible, providing your availability, weather, Etc... We will be in close contact with you to discuss shipping, and we ask that you respond promptly when contacted. Failure to respond to our messages after 48 hours may result in the cancellation of the transaction. A refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee (of the snake(s) purchased), and all applicable credit/debit card and invoice fees incurred by City Ball LLC.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction at any time (prior to purchase) if we believe there is not sufficient knowledge about the snake(s), their care, caging, Etc...
-SHIPPING: All shipments will be sent priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles and couriered by Federal Express. Shipping is done Tuesday and Wednesday only until further notice. Shipping is at least $40 per box to the lower contiguous 48 states (adult snakes may require additional shipping fees). Prices are subject to change at our discretion. All advertised shipping quotes (free and otherwise) are for the lower 48 states only. Shipping will not occur until weather conditions are appropriate for all departure and arrival locations including FedEx transfer locations per SYR guidelines. We will always attempt to ship your new purchase as soon as possible, however shipping will ALWAYS be at our discretion, especially during periods of extreme heat, inclement weather, and the holiday seasons. All packages will be sent in new boxes with insulated foam (hot and cool packs as needed) and meet all legal standards for shipping reptiles. We will never knowingly ship any snake that would be in violation of any laws, the BUYER is responsible for knowing their local and state laws before making a purchase.
-All packages will be sent to the purchasers local FedEx Ship Center for pick up (a list of available locations will be provided upon request). Shipping directly to a residence or business is no longer an option (no exceptions). We require that packages sent to an authorized FedEx Ship Center for pickup be retrieved within 2 hours of arrival notification from FedEx (time stamped by FedEx), and confirmation of live arrival and condition must be made within 1 hour after receiving or live arrival guarantee is void (unless other arrangements are made and agreed to by City Balls LLC). Photo ID is required for pickup.
-We monitor shipping status of all packages. Failure to contact City Balls, LLC within 1 hour of pickup from a FedEx hub will void live arrival guarantee.
-In the event of delays during shipping, please do not contact FedEx yourself with questions. Ship Your Reptiles will be made aware and will conduct all communication with FedEx. We will be in contact with you directly with updates.
-GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed healthy, eating, properly sexed, and genetics correctly identified unless otherwise stated at time of shipment. While we do guarantee to sell you a healthy, feeding ball python at the time of delivery/pick up, it cannot be guaranteed to us that the ball python will be cared for in the same manner as we provided during its time at our facility. Once inspected and accepted the well-being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
-Issues with a snake (including, but not limited to incorrect sex, illness, genetic ID, etc...) must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of pick up or delivery. Notification of an issue after 48 hours from the time of pickup or delivery confirmation (using FedEx time stamps) will be resolved at City Balls discretion, we do not guarantee credit of any type for issues brought to our attention after 48 hours of pick up or delivery. Should you have an issue, sufficient proof of problems will be required in the form of videos, pictures, etc... Issues addressed within 48 hours of pick up or delivery will have the option of store credit or a replacement snake contingent on providing City Balls LLC with the proper proof. All sales final, refunds will not be given.
-We must be notified within the first hour after pickup or delivery for a snake that arrives DOA. Sufficient proof will be required in the form of videos, pictures, etc. Upon City Balls LLC acceptance of proof, store credit will be issued for the amount paid towards another snake, and there will be no charge for shipping on the replacement snake. All sales final, refunds will not be given.
-Animals will be photographed and marketed appropriately. Issues regarding color, pattern, paradoxing, etc… will not be considered valid points of contention. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
- Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience and coordination with other breeders, there will be occasions where we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. Some snakes with multiple genes can be extremely difficult to identify. Buyer must be of the understanding that there is a possibility identification may not be 100% accurate. When hatching multi gene animals, we will sometimes identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experiences. In some cases, the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. Buyers should understand the risk associated with purchasing multi gene animals. Detailed pictures will be provided on our ads, and more are available upon request to help you determine what a snake is before committing to a purchase. We are happy to discuss any and all genetic possibilities, pairings, etc... but we cannot be held responsible in the event that a snake of this caliber is not what the purchaser and seller agreed it was at the time of purchase.
- Recessive/heterozygous genes are always fully guaranteed.
ACCLIMATION: Shipping can be a stressful endeavor for animals. We recommend that your new snake is allowed to acclimate in its new enclosure for 3-5 days before you attempt to feed or handle it. We recommend the use of a rack system for your snake(s) to ensure their comfort and confidence, using other types of enclosures, such as tanks, can make acclimation, feeding and shedding difficult. We are happy to advise you on the best practices for keeping ball pythons, but ultimately, we assume no responsibility for how your new snake(s) acclimates (i.e., eating, shedding) to your enclosure.

Payment plans will be offered on a case-by-case basis. Minimum purchase of $500 is required. Please inquire for more information on terms and conditions. A lack of communication, and/or terms of the payment plan not being met may result in the cancellation of the transaction. A refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee (of the snake(s) purchased), and all applicable credit/debit card and invoice fees incurred by City Ball LLC.
