Store Policy
Payment plans require a 25% non refundable deposit. Payment plan length depends on price and circumstances of the sale. We will not refund you simply because you changed your mind, there must be a logical explanation. Full amount is do on the agreed upon date unless permission of extension is given or you will forfeit the animal and all funds torwards it.
Live arrival is garenteed with a 7 day health garentee with vet letter. If there is an issue upon arrival we require photos of the animal displaying the issues IMMEDIATELY once the animal has been picked up or dropped off, failure to do so voids any responsibility of cloud nine exotics and will be considered a breach of terms of sale.
Sex is not guaranteed unless stated in ad.
We have the right to determine when shipping is safe and best for the animal.
Shipping temps must be above 42 low and no higher than 82 degree high unless discussed.
We hold the right to delay shipping due to weather in any area associated with shipping.
