Store Policy
I accept Venmo, Chime, and credit/debit cards with an invoice via Square for payments. I do accept payment plans with a 25% non-refundable deposit and 30 days to pay the remaining balance on animals $1000 and under. Animals $1000 & over i do accept 60 - 90 day payment plans with 30% down. All depoosits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please be committed when entering a payment plan. If the animal is not paid in full within the time frame, all money paid will be forfeited by the buyer unless an agreement is made in writing to change the transaction. If buyer pays for the animal in full then backs out of the deal, we offer exchange only. No refunds on any payments*. I only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and prefer to send to your nearest hub for pickup. I guarantee live arrival with hold/pickup at your nearest FedEx hub but CANNOT guarantee live arrival with shipping to residential with a delay. Unless stated the buyer pays for shipping(usually around $70-$85). I will provide tracking info via email or phone once we decide when to ship out.
