Store Policy
Terms of Sale:
All animals sold by Cold-Blooded Earth are captive born and bred by us, unless otherwise stated. We strive to produce the highest quality animals from the best blood lines available. All animals will be feeding before they are shipped. We take pride in being able to offer you some of the best snakes around.
Shipping: We use Fedex via shipyourreptiles.com and ship priority overnight. We will not ship when temperatures are below 30 degrees. All animals are packaged professionally using insulated boxes with heat or cold packs when necessary. No international shipping at this time. The animals well being is our first priority and we reserve the right to change shipping agreements based on the weather. We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping company.
Arrival: When your animal arrives the package must be opened immediately and any problems noted right away. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, pictures must be taken and the animal must be shipped back with cold packs within 24 hours. Shipping cost to you will be reimbursed and animal refunds will be on per case basis. If we have not heard from you in 6 hours we will consider the transaction complete.
Guarantees: Animals will be guaranteed for up to 48 hours after leaving our facility. We will only sell animals that are completely healthy and eating well, but we cannot control the care of the animal once it is out of our care. We are always available by phone and email to answer any questions or concerns you have. We offer support on the animal for its lifetime. All animals are guaranteed to be sexed correctly, eating, and represented accurately. If for some reason there are any problems, for example that snake is incorrectly sexed, it must be brought to our attention immediately. It is ultimately your responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal upon arrival. We want you to be happy with any animal you get from us, so if there is a problem call us at 914 924 7302
Payment Options: We take PayPal, money orders, and all available animals can be ordered on our website
Payment Plans: We offer payment plans with 50% down (non-refundable). 30 days for any animal 1k or less and 60 days for any animal over 1k. If these terms are broken we will keep the deposit no questions asked and the animal will be re listed for sale.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale at anytime.
Refunds: Will be determined on a per case basis.
