Store Policy
Please read the terms of sale BEFORE committing to/purchasing an animal. Feel free to come to me with any questions or concerns.
>Payment plans are available on animals totaling $400 or more (before shipping). I require a non refundable 25% down to secure an animal with 30 day, 60 day, and 90 day plans avail, depending on total cost.
> All live animal purchases will be shipped overnight through Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping may be delayed after purchase if there are unsuitable temps.
Per SYR site:
Below 38°F: Don’t ship. Wait for warmer weather.
38-70°F: Use a heat pack per our directions.
70-92°F: DO NOT use heat pack.
92-100°F: Ship to a "Fedex staffed" facility (NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location). Your shipment will arrive early in the morning and be kept inside until the recipient picks it up.
Over 100°F: Don’t ship. Wait for cooler weather.
With the above noted, I prefer not to ship within estimated temps less than 40° and greater than 90°.
>Once received, inspect your new animal thoroughly and make any complications or concerns known immediately. If complications do happen to arise, I'll need to be notified within 24 hours. Pictures and/or video recording will be requested to show the nature of the animal. Please do not dispose of the animal's body before speaking with me in the unfortunate event that an animal is DOA.
Please follow strict quarantine procedure (at minimum, 1 month completely isolated from all other reptiles in household). Optimum husbandry (i.e. proper temps, humidity, fresh water, and clean living space) is required for your new arrival. Please allow 1 week (7 days) for your animal to settle and adjust before offering a first meal (shipping/relocation is a stressful ordeal and may cause a regurge if food is taken too soon).
