*Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday only due to my work schedule.
* All animals are guaranteed in perfect health.
*I have the right to refuse sale to anyone I feel is not properly fit to care for an animal.
*Payment plans are available on animals over $600 with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Length of payment plan typically industry standard 30 to 60 days. Any failure to follow through on payment plans will render deposits forfeited.
*No cash refunds- Credit only
*No live arrival guarantee on temperatures below 40 and above 90.
*The receiver must be home to receive the package or, if held at a hub, must be picked up within two hours or live arrival will be voided.
*Any issues or claims must be notified within three hours after the package has been delivered. Contact directly through via telephone or text message.
